Soba is nutritious. Soba has contains polyphenol, vitamin, albumin and so on. And this is low-calorie. Soba is best healthy food in summer. Soba has many kinds of way of cooking. Any and every very good taste. For example, confectionery, sweet, tea, and noodle. Commonly, soba eated as noodle. Especially, "mori-soba" is very simple way of eat. But, nice-smelling so very delicious!! And if you eat soba, you should drink soba water too.



(2)EXERCISE
I doubt if you know the "wii fit". This is game software of wii. The product concept is "fitness in living room". Literally, you can get training in living room. The training as many as more 40 kinds of that. For example, balance game, aerobic exercise, yoga, and muscle training and so on. In addition, you can measurement the your body, so you can know the your state. The strong point that can be enjoyed.
